I started my musical journey when I was 4 and my mother took me to a trial cello class. I was hooked from that moment, and continued with the instrument until this present day. Along the way I taught myself jazz piano, ukulele, and guitar, when at the age of 17 I was accepted to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I then moved to Glasgow, U.K. for 4 years, where I was immersed in classical music, Scottish folk, and Jazz, as they were the three courses at the music school. After receiving my degree with Honors, I moved back to the Northwest to live among the trees, teach, and play music. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and very enthusiastic about music! It’s my entire life.
